This solution-based and eye-opening workshop will take a look at the negative impact that this can have in all aspects of your business and perhaps in your interpersonal experiences as well. From engagement with employees to the handling of objections presented by your customers, tips and practices on how to increase how (and if) others hear you will be explored. Session leader Tim McGuire, VP of Content and Community with Pointman, will delve into how to recognize the behaviors that prevent true listening and share tried-and true techniques for breaking these patterns, resulting in stronger relationships with team members and customers.
