SESCO Management Consultants, QSC’s retained human resource and employment law specialist for members, will be presenting a one-hour seminar on employer substance abuse policies and marijuana. In this session, Bill Ford, President and CEO, will be exploring the challenges employers face as substance abuse is very common, and the costs of substance abuse to employers are high. The seminar will provide statistics on substance abuse, recommendations for policy implementation and challenges employers face with a number of states legalizing marijuana for medical and recreational use.
