Registration is now open for the CCA’s 2025 Fall Meeting! The host property for this event is the beautiful Gwen in Chicago, Illinois, on Wednesday, September 10 - Friday, September 12, 2025

Offering CCA Fall Meeting 2025 overnight room rate of $389.00 per night (plus taxes) for single and double occupancy accommodations.

Hotel cutoff: Friday, August 8, 2025

Flying into Chicago is a breeze thanks to two airports: O'Hare (ORD) is approximately 18 miles.  The other airport, Midway (MDW) located approximately 13 miles from The Gwen.

Registration Refund Policy: Cancellations received on or before August 9, 2025, will be charged a $75 cancellation fee per person. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after August 9, 2025. Attendee substitutions are always permitted at no charge.
