The hotel is approximately a 15-minute ride from the airport.

Registration Refund Policy: Cancellations received on or before January 17, 2025, will be charged a $75 cancellation fee per person. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after August 9, 2024. Attendee substitutions are always permitted at no charge.
